FAQ
What’s included in your monthly maintenance plan?
Our maintenance plan includes priority support, security updates, performance optimization, and managed licenses for stock images. This ensures your app stays secure, fast, and fully functional.
Will my app work on both iOS and Android?
Yes we build cross-platform apps that run natively on iOS and Android from a single codebase. However, app submissions to the Apple Store would increase the cost of the app.
Can I manage the app myself after launch?
Yes! the app can be transferred to you if the app is static. However, technical updates (plugins, security, etc.) require our maintenance plan to retain licensed tools and avoid conflicts. Complex apps can not be transferred as they are often connected to a range of tools, therefore they would break if not maintained by us.
What happens if I stop paying for maintenance?
You’ll retain ownership of your app, however if the app is complex then there is a high chance of the app not functioning if not maintained properly. If you would like to stop us from maintaining your app then there is a grace period where functionalities will continue until you’re able to find an alternative maintainer.
How long does it take to build an app?
Basic apps will take 4-8 weeks depending on requirements and feedback speed.
How do I request updates or support?
Clients on maintenance plans get priority access via email and text. More information is given during onboarding.
